There seems to be no font Eurostar but a channel crossing train between France and Great Britain.
Have you got a sample of this font?

I have to correct myself. The BrockScript [also out there as Brock] is a funny thing. Looks like someone [in France?] has been naughty.
The capitals of the BrockScript are copied from the Balmoral [Letraset] and the lower case letters are a copy of the Amazone [Tetterode], cloned as Amaze. So, it is not a clone. It is a child. A real child, with the genes from both dad and mom. Who is dad and who is mom? You figure it out.

Hmm ... if it doesn't need the shade, there are a lot of (free) script fonts around that give more or less the same feeling. You'll have to make your own pick. Have you looked at the script fonts here? Not good enough? This may be of help making up your mind. You can also try dafont (sorry Alex), also has a load of scripts. Many the same of course but maybe you're lucky. Still nothing? Have a look at free-fonts.com/script_fonts.html.
If all of this is no good you might want the real thing. Buy it, or, because fonts.com kindly gave you the file name: Google it without the extension and you'll discover it lives in the wild in France in an open directory (thus exclude the file name). It is Type 1, not ttf, so you will need all 4 files. WinXP can handle Type 1 so no problem. Remember: do not save to, but copy to your fonts folder. You may need a restart.
