Hi Colin,
the closest match that i could find is Fontdinerdotcom. However it is not the font, first of all because the logo doesnt have those sparles or stars above the letters and also Fontdinerdotcom has distorted letters, ie they jump a lot.
However, i think you should check it out and if you're good with Photoshop im sure you can get rid of stars.. ;)

I have tried to download this font and use it but the Capital W only gives me 1/2 a letter. Unfortunately this is the main letter that I need. Can anyone help me with this.

That must be where I live ... las Villuercas, one of the very few places in Europe free of light pollution, where you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye.
