Cuba GREAT!
Let me elaborate on the subject. Poor, full of hypocrisy ( comunist country, where people is not allowed to travel, especially to the states, with american dollar as preferred currency, for one ) but cheerful and sunny with lots of free time.

Thanks, Koeiekat.
The other one ("We Guarantee $250) seems to be one brand or another of Latin Condensed.
I'm not sure about the text part. The dollar sign is especially distinctive (and doesn't seem to match other aspects of the text typeface).
Any ideas?

Hi all,
I was wondering if there are any fonts, either free or pay, that resemble money. I found one, money shot, which I really like. :) But I was wondering if there were any that looked like, ex. dollar bills folded and shaped to resemble letters. I think a font like that would be cool. If it weren't so complicated I might even try it.
thanx in advance! :)

thanks, your Majesty :) That's an interested reading and my case is not even close to the 2 million dollar deal FB is seeking from NBC :)
Everything in my case turned out to be a bad timing – yesterday I was contacted by one of the designer that are working for Def Jam about the permission to use the font on the CD cover. I just don’t know if that was intended previous to my reaction or is a result of my reaction – I don’t really care. All is good. Thank you for your positive feedback, especially kkat

Hi,
The typeface "capitalis monumtalis" is not intellectual property of Adobe or any other "capitalist". It's nearly 2000 years old and a heritage of menkind. So it should be legal to use the original character map from the roman capitalis monumentalis, but it should be illegal to use the character maps of Adobes Trajan or Canadatype Jupiter.

But if the character map does not include one intellectual property of any third party and is declared as public domain? I found at least 5 different versions of free Trajan and some are "correctly" declared as "capitalis monumentalis".
And now have a look at castletypes Goudy Trajan:
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/castletype/goudy-trajan/
Pricing ist 0 $, in words zero dollar. As a registered user you can donwload ist for free. ;-)
This Goudy Trajan should work for the majority. But for some people (with Inkscape on UNIX-like OS) there is still a problem with required alternate characters (K, Q and R) in the same (!) fontfile (unlike Jupiter and Jupiter alternate).
bye bye
