1 posts view forum post #15941 Even at 10 cents a font that would make $1,250. It's never been cheap being lazy ... - re: getting lots of fonts
1 posts view forum post #12611 Good morning everyone - or is it afternoon to you? And welcome Gary - feel free to add your 2 cents worth anytime :-) Yikes, long day ahead of me again... - re: Optima
1 posts view forum post #19551 my 2 cents: Save For Web does no evil if you save as 24-bit PNG :) Is there any way that we can have this tutorial in the Help (Q&A section). Alex? - re: few tips for preparing images to abstractfont identified.
1 posts view forum post #12831 Computer crashed. No backed-upfonts. I'm the first one in history to do that. Anyway, this one probably came on one of those 1001 Fonts for 99 cents disks. Problem is, it's hard to live without. I suspect someone has taken an existing font and rotated it. Or it may have several other names. If you have any suggestions I would be grateful. - "Rotator"
1 posts view forum post #10353 A quick 2 cents from my holidays: The very original was called Murray Hill and seem to be designed by Emil Klump for ATF. - re: Name that font. Please.
1 posts view forum post #10938 Don't know what an "enstep version" is but if you follow this link and click on the purchase-option you'll get the single family for just 39 $. And furthermore Alex gets a few cents for providing a useful forum. And that costs you nothing more, you know. Have a nice day. - re: HERMAN font
1 posts view forum post #18989 My two cents, as for now. · Yes, all the caps could easily go in the same category. · The «Display» category is something completely different. I do not think it would be useful here, as most of the free fonts are for display/decorative use. Both serif and sans serif. · Industrial is ok. Everything which can be associated with an industrial look or distressed as the wood typefaces, in my head, would fall in that category. - re: More categories?
1 posts view forum post #12311 Just my 2 cents worth....I think it's time to tell her to either stop multiple posts of the same requests or be removed. I know how frustrating it is when you see a cool typeface and wonder if it's a font and if so, is it freeware, shareware, commercial, etc. Believe me I've been tempted to post samples more than once but know it's pointless and wrong. The one good thing of this is that at least they're font requests instead of spam for pills or the latest gadget. ;) - re: Please identify this font
1 posts view forum post #10279 Very good advices, dear KKat, although this HAS TO BE a shot in the blue sky. Another shot and 20 cents from me: Don't take common fonts, which are seen in 95% of all cases. Have a look at, for example, the library of Hoefler & Frere-Jones or the wonderful sans or serif-typefaces of the dutchtypelibrary.com. A unique company deserves a unique face. [OT] I'm out of office for two weeks, dear people. So I won't login not regularly. Have fun. - re: Frutiger's Serifed Pair?
1 posts view forum post #19644 Thank you, Ivan. Reason: I won't link directly at first because if the user wants to buy a commercial font and he comes from an abstractfont-list Alex gets a few cents. If we link directly, this will not be paid, I think. True, Alex? Angela: Bradley Hand was the third in the list of commercial fonts. How could you not see that? - re: Help! Identify this font please
