It's been bothering me for days. Looks like a combination of the free Cairo font and commercial Cushing. Close but not EXACT. HELP!

Egyptian is the old term for «Slab Serif». See:

Your example is a Slab Serif according the Clarendon model and it`s no Clarendon.
The typeface Cairo is a typical example but it`s condensed:

The «Fette Egyptienne» from Dieter Steffmann is another good example:

Note: Both typefaces are tagged «serif» and not «slab serif». Searching for the tag «slab serif» will not work properly for Clarendon Model typefaces. :-(
