!Basket of Hammers, a brutal font for making an impact.
1 matchesYes, striking it is -if not brutal force. Back to the mid fourties with a statement.! Also see http://www.theatlantic.com/covers
My cover looks a bit different from your pict though. Got yours from a book-stand?
Add: notice the difference between a 51K jpg and a 41K png?
1 matcheswhat i meant was, when i click on kat's profile for example theres a huge list of fonts that i'm pretty sure he didnt create. so putting my fonts under my name wouldnt really make a difference since no one would know if i made em or just posted em.
I just now saw the "designers" section which is more accurate to who made what. while I'm on that, how can I get Brutal Tooth and KOOBZ to show up under my designer profile?
the guy, "brandon", has asked me to exchange links. i agreed but after i checked out his site, first impressions:
1. "almost 8000" fonts, kinda what i used to say, almost 10,000 fonts.
2. Fontaholic!!! who except for AF had that joke feature?
3. Category names are dead similar
4. generation of dynamic images takes exact same parameters as mine (custom-coded, not available for everyone)
list goes on... now the forum... even the main forum's id is 2.. as in forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2... just like fontomania's forum id before i took that one down.
i think the link to the urbanfonts is going down. this is a little too much...
Well, being a font site we will have some shared features, but if you browse
through the site, and click on the fonts, you'll notice that we don't have
as many similarities as you think.... if anything, I'm much closer to what
some commercial font foundries look like. No, I didn't look at your site for
inspiration or try to copy it in any way.

It's purely coincidental - our sites do not look alike whatsoever - you're
referring to technical things that are common to many sites, I swear I
didn't copy your site.
what do you think? or am i just being a little selfish and should turn another cheek?
