3 posts view forum post #15564 Thanks for trying to help. I will try later. I do not have a CHOOSE option. I hit BROWSE, select my jpg and the title appears in the box -- but it never shows up. I give up for now. - re: Anyone know this font ,please?
1 posts view forum post #7569 A simple solution that may help is when you create your Word Document there is a drop down dialog box for various font names (with Office XP comes a visual preview of the font). Next to that is the font size from usually 8 to 72. In 99% of cases simply type the required size in that small box and then press "ENTER". Voila! Your upsized font should be a reality now!!
1 posts view forum post #7307 you should be able to do that in your image editing or word processing application ( in word, create a text box and put the same text in it and flip the box to create mirror text of the original, for exmaple )
1 posts view forum post #7692 First- did you unzip them? If not , do so- I'm assuming that you know how. (I recommend putting them somewhere that you would remember where you put them.) Then, go to your control panel. (In XP it should be on your start menu as a separate entity; in all the other versions it is in the start menu under 'all progams' then 'accessories'.) You should see a folder icon labeled 'fonts'. Double click on it. You should now see a list of all the fonts you have installed on your computer. Go to 'file'. Under 'file' it should say 'Install New Font...' . Click on it- a box should come up. In the box there is another box where you see folders. Navigate to wherever you put your fonts- again, I'm assuming you know how. Your fonts should pop up in the top box which was empty before. Select the fonts you want to install or click 'select all'. Then click 'OK'. The fonts you selected should now start to be installed. When they are finished the boxes will close and you'll see the fonts folder again- this time, with the fonts you just installed included. Close the fonts folder. Now you can use your fonts on any program that lets you change the font-- including word processing programs! - How to add fonts to your computer.

2 posts view forum post #5515 I'm not familiar at all with Photoshop, and I have no clue how big the K on the box is.
1 posts view forum post #13658 Yes, and not just as plain text or in a text box and that is strange. Specially because in wordart the font does show. Next I tried Powerpoint. and here the font can be used. The strangest thing is, copy a Powerpoint text box to Word and ... Bingo!! ... there it is. No clue why this happens. I have looked in the file and everything seems to be normal except of the irregularity in the Q. but that is easy to resolve. Delete 5 points, and move one a bit to the right and done. Maybe Bill Gates doesn't want us to get a grip on Word? - re: Trouble with a font
