Not of much help so far I'm afraid. There is one that comes close for the title: the Block (Berthold}. The bad news; I know of no rounded version. Softening the bad news, if it is only for the title it is probably not much work to adapt it for the letters necessary.
We only have an E to go for, but I thing the type used for publisher and body is the same. But I don't get a proper match. I may help if you can make a new scan, 3, 4 times larger, without all that background noise of the roman r and t and the oblique v and G.
Chapter titles; I don't think it was ever digitized, thus no match. That is for the whole word. for the individual letters there are close ones. Maybe this one can be - sort of - imitated by combining existing fonts. Would need all the letters though ...

Well, it wouldn't be my first choice if you're looking for an exact match, but if you're OK with the way it looks, by all means, go ahead. However, here are some things to think about:
The regular is a little thinner and rounder than your original image:
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/berthold/ag-old-face-bq/regular/
and the bold is too thick:

The medium is close, but still no match to some of the oritinal shapes:

Also, the ends of the C are angled instead of straight, and much closer together, and the leg of the R is straight instead of curved.
However, it's close enough that many people probably wouldn't notice too much of a difference, unless you had the two logos side by side. My best bet would still be the Nimbus.
I hope that helped a little. I'll continue to look for a match to the middle font.
Good luck! Also, I'd love to see a copy of what you finally come up with! If and when you're finished, could you post the final image here?

Ah, fudge.
Well, Kat, you've outdone yourself again. And shamed me.
Typophile was the place I originally lifted the name from...but I must have missed the bit about Berthold. Oopsie. And thankyou.
