Banja is a single weight, non connecting script typeface filled with vitality. Designed for branding and editorial design, this dynamic style is filled with a selection of swash letters and ligatures to add even more variety and choice for layouts. Bang was designed by David Sagorski in 1993 as a playful font of spirals. It consists of two capital alphabets which can be combined like the usual capitals and small caps, although both have the same height. They differ from one another only in the decorative forms which adorn them and the highly decorated characters of one set are complemented by the slightly more reserved characters of the second. Serious this font is not, rather, with its circles and spirals, Bang is best in point sizes 12 and larger and is meant for short texts and headlines.

This ultrabold headline font is basically patterned after the font Nubian Black, designed by Willard T. CS are the initials of Carsten Strinkau, a young German graphic and type designer who studied in Hamburg. CS Takashi is a hommage to the Japanese Manga artist Katsuhiro Otomo and his character/figure Takashi from the Akira-Manga.
