Says Myfonts:
Groovy Happening JNL
The long-awaited extension of the freeware font Action Is, this Sixties-inspired typeface has an added lower case and additional glyphs including accented characters.
Looks like 'Action is' was redrawn to create the 'Groovy Happening'. The lower one, Action is, is a bit muddy (to my taste). - re: HELP!! An Cafe font

again, YOU have resurrected the whole deal after it was done as far as i was concerned. All sides weighed in with what they had to say, provided evidence, that they had.
we had MANY people: Yourself, myself, kat, ed from inb0x, writers from inb0x, action fonts, etc...
i have allowed everyone epress themselves. everyone did, in very mature and appropriate way.
i have nothing to add to this, really - re: Urban Fonts Is Going to Sue Me

I think this is enough. I can trace spam and take action. I can delete spam. I can trace the same person posting under different names (does not happen often). I can remove a direct link to commercial fonts or edit an email adress to prevent spamming. To me that's what matters. - re: Any1 know the name of this font?
