let's try to make an excuse in cis terms:
'viking' is just a pointer to the real viking particularly the ability to use the real viking's the eye function to interpret particular, and often peculiar, image patterns.

Hi!
I know that you have some Viking fonts on this webstie like Troll, Viking-Normal, Valhalla, and other Futhark fonts. But I was wondering if you had any other Viking Fonts. Celtic Fonts would be good too! I have downloaded all of them though in the Celtic section.
Thanks so much!

I give in on this one. I did it the "Viking" way: the eye method, but no match. But, maybe, the Viking eye is sharper?

This one is too small and fuzzy for me. So it needs Ute or an eye.

That's very interesting Viking. FontMatcher did bring up Trojan but I thought ... NO. Too light. I happen to have almost every thinkable variation of that type but not the bold. Where did you find that one?

Not to worry Viking. Apostrophic Laboratories will be back soonest and TypOasis was only temporarily down.
Check your links.
But before disaster really strikes, why not make a backup of the sites?

Close, viking, but no sigar yet. Compate the F, E, N, I and A.
So that's not the bitmap that lots of graphics designers and website designers are delerious about.

So sorry Viking but I am in the middele of nowhere now with a very slow connection (sometimes I manage 200 bps!!). Some call it holidays I consider it work.
Back home next week. I'll try to catch up.

This is going to be a tough one, I can tell already.
I'm looking for a font entitled OPTI Champion Script.
Beautiful, no? This one seems to have been a subject of some furious debate in the past, until someone actually found the vendor's old site and posted the url in one of the other major font forums. OPTI have gone bust in (as far as I can tell) the last couple of years, so therefore the font is no longer for sale. Anywhere. If anyone has a copy (in Windows TrueType) of Champion or some kind of clone, post here and you will set in motion a trail of joyful outbursts. I thank you, and good luck. A challenge indeed.

A real, deathly challenge... ???
Not really, Viking friend.
Forget about OPTI. Forget about script. This is the Berthold BQ Champion designed by Günter Gerhard Lange (1957). Can be yours for only $39,-, ?28,- or £19,-.
BTW, been digging in typhophile? That was more than a year ago! May not have the Viking Eye© but can see in the dark.
Signing off in a couple of days.
