Since I could not find this font, I just decided to use Bedrnhard Gothic Light. It is close enough for my customer! Thanks for trying!
This has an architecture look, but the A crossbar is low and so is the middle E bar! Good Luck and Thanks in advance!

I know its not a contest! I just get a kick out of people who seem to be able to ID things quickly! Some days as soon as you post, theres already a response. Even on a tough looking one! I appreciate all the help you give here and on other boards as well.
