Dragonwick by unknown is also cheap:

But Dragonfly by Richard William Mueller:

Hint: Dragonfly has a complete(?) CE (central european) Charset!

Hi Kat, yes I thought that his / her take on what font it may be was a little off the normal track shall we say!
