It's Zephyr, a font owned by Windows. I have yet to find a free version that's similar. The lines through the letters were drawn, and it looks like a standard bevel and emboss, stroke on the letters themselves, maybe a gradient overlay.

You're welcome, VEGA, and I did a little digging. I found this one http://runswithvamps.deviantart.com/#/d1wniu4 but I can't verify whether she made the font, or simply uploaded the Windows Zephyr and renamed it. Use it at your own risk!
