Hi,

first guess: handlettered on checked paper with 4x7 boxes. This way is used since the late 19 century for lettering walls, railroads and gravestones.

Have a look at an example with 3x7 boxes:

thanks for the answer. I found the Font "Blender OT" during google search... This Font seems pretty close to the numbers.

And I don't need the numbers, i need a matching font. I want to print my name on one of these vests...
