Font Identification Request: Not resolved

Can anyone help me identify this font?

Thank-you

where does this image come from?

Oh sorry I should have put that in the question.

It's from the TV Show Dream On. The above is in the opening credits. I'm also looking for the font used in the actual name "Dream On" which I posted in an earlier post.

Thank

Ann

Hi,

it's a handlettered Bodoni and looks a little bit like Spumoni. But it's not Spumoni, see the lowercase a.

I'm sorry, I remember a Spumoni-like typeface with this a but I can't find it again.

Your next Question should be:

Looking for typeface like Spumoni, a handlettered Bodoni.

Maybe I will find the typeface again?

Bye Bye

Thank-you! I guess I may need to go a different route?

I do custom DVD box inlays, I like to try and use the same fonts as the title and opening credits, but sometimes that's not easy! LOL

Edit: I think BodoniXT will work? I found another one that would also work, but I can't find a download for it. It's called "Pretty Baby"

thank-you again for your help!!

Ann

Hi,

just google it with the kyewords:

typeface "Pretty Baby"

http://www.searchfreefonts.com/free/pretty-baby.htm

and find out: There are no Uppercase characters.

But Luc Devroye indexed it as a valentine font

from Dinctype:

http://www.girlswhowearglasses.com.

See for a font called loungy. It might be the one.

But consider the typeface as horizontaly streched.

Bye Bye

WOW thank-you!

I googled it but didn't find it.

you are amazing! LOL

Lounge was a lot closer than Pretty Baby. The lower case "k" is not the same, but that's no big deal.

thanks :)
