Font Identification Request: Not resolved

so far it looks like and old English font but only one thing i cant find any font that has the Same (O)(G) or (E)

This has little to do with Old English. You are looking at the Fette Fraktur (most probably the URW D version) with a modified c. It spells c[180º degrees rotated]bll[180º degrees rotated]b[180º degrees rotated]c.

beacuse i did a test in photoshop and i modified the c good but the O @ either ends seems a lil smaller then rest of the letters..
