Tophy - hi, how are you? - I don't think this is a font. Anyway not exactly as in your pict. Yet, try find EnStep's SEEDY Regular, easy H (not h) and T modification and you are darn close.

but the EnStep SEEDY Regular doesn't give me any result in google... except the usual Radagund and Puppylike i'll keep on searching, thanks Tophy52

Now, wasn't that easy? One little problem though ... EnStep has never ever made a font itself. Only copied existing ones but I could not find the original, alas.
