Tophy - hi, how are you? - I don't think this is a font. Anyway not exactly as in your pict. Yet, try find EnStep's SEEDY Regular, easy H (not h) and T modification and you are darn close.

Now, wasn't that easy? One little problem though ... EnStep has never ever made a font itself. Only copied existing ones but I could not find the original, alas.
