Microsoft Excel is showing this font as Kabel Bk BT (file was emailed to me) however I do not have this font on my system. The only way I can duplicate this font is to copy onto new spreadsheet and change text. When I looked up Kabel Bk BT to download it is totally different? Any ideas?

Yes. Excel, like any other program will/can only show the font used if it is installed on your computer.
