Coutts could be one of the million English Script offsprings:

but it's not - so it had to be a custom designed logo.

Vendome is Engravers Gothic: http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/paratype/engravers-gothic/regular/

if you only need the Coutts logo you can easily extract it from a PDF :)
