Eric Bickernicks' BikyBold restored from the underworld. German accents were added by the notorious cloner Herlitz who renamed it as Biko. Fantazia also coned it and added the usual Fantazia variations as wide, extended and back-slanted. Known as Bikly.
The original version with some vile words hidden under some multiple key combinations is still available as a Mac font. Have fun and ... be nice to the cats
