I got the inside to the outline font as Copperplate.........it works perfectly. But outlining it doesn't produce the same look.
thanks for trying to help though....
I never did find a font for Cooper so I just redrew it....

well, outlining is not a rocket science, but it requires some skills :) Rounded corners outline would do the trick, in my opinion.
