I open a document from my e-mail message, and the font is all arial special g1. How can I convert it back to times new roman, because I can't read the arial special g1.

Select all, copy and paste in another program where you can select the font, like Word, select all and change the font.

Better, tell your email client to only ise the font you want.

Why you would want TNR I don't quite understand. Why not choose a type that is designed for screen display?
