What I'm asking for is a source for this font, a substitute font or how to make this font usable in Word 2003. I tried finding a substitute font, but was not successful.

Yep Swallow. RETURNTOEARTH (enStep Incorporated), which is Goudy OldStyle expanded to 150%, is probably not installed and not embedded in the document file and is substituted by Word with Microsoft's wingdings. Have fun and ... be nice to the cats
