New font request please!

Does anyone recognize this font? I thought it was "Good Dog" but that is slightly off... any ideas? Thanks!!!

This can't be handwritten... it was used on a design and was done on a computer... back in '95... There has to be a font somewhere...

I just spoke to the client... now he tells me it could have possibly be hand done! Do you know something that is close to it or is "Good Dog" about as close as I'll get? Thanks, I appreciate it!
