Font Identification Request: Not resolved

Can anyone identify the font? The ampersand is killer.

Could be the mysterious ITC Didi, the ampersand is something like the extinct Pistilli had on board. For similar faces see the Fat Font list (High Contrast Serifs) by listmaster Stephgen Coles. And also see Cabernet by Jason Walcott.
