OK, back. What have we here? Ewen Prigent is claiming the copyright on this one. That may be true but there is nothing at all that substanciates that claim. And I dare say absolutely nothing. The fact that Ewen Prigent's name is not shown has an extremely simple reason.
When I look into the font I see this:
Copyright (c) 1988, 1990 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All Rights Reserved.Helvetica is a registered trademark of Linotype AG and/or its subsidiaries.
Font family name: bunker
Font subfamily name: bunker
Unique font identifier: Altsys Metamorphosis:HelveticaNeue Regular
Full font name: bunker
Version: Altsys Metamorphosis:29-08-1996
Postscript name: bunker
Trademark: None
Font vendor: Alts
Licensing rights: None
Nowhere there is something that refers to Ewen Prigent
So all in all, imho, this is or a freebee by an unknown author or an Adobe font with irregularities in the naming. Whatever, there is no license information and there are no licensing restrictions. So, there is no need to remove the font.
Somewhat strange for a French speaking designer is to include French accented letters but not fundamental ones in the French language like the Ç and ç.
Have fun and ... be nice to the cats
