sweeping font from Germany
this says:
Bildhaueri und Kunstwerkstatt... (it's an art gallery) It might be original... does it resemble any familiar fonts?
Original or not, I like it. But it is not a font. All letters are different. You may want to take a look in the brushed dept, maybe there is something you like.

It is a pity the Beautiful Ink has no lower case but maybe you can do something with it in combination wirth Goombella.
Nothing close to your pict, I know, Beatiful Ink was not yet categorized in brush and calligraphy so I guess you did not find it. Have fun and ... be nice to the cats
