Not a font,
hand drawn,
look at "a"', "s" and "u" all very slightly diffrenet.

I am not so sure. There is some hefty jpeg distortion in this pict which could explain the little differences. Anyway, I can't find it.

Maybe but the 2 "h" are quite different
first one : black spot on top, "rounded" curve, black spot on bottom right
2nd on e : no spot, "pointy" curve, longer right leg.

It makes me think of that font that ressembles the letters architects use to draw on blueprints with those old orange special Minerva Letter-tracers rulers, that were used until the 70's, i know there's one that exists...

i agree with the idea that it may be due to bad jpeg image, but this font looks comic sans family. What you think?

I still use the letter-stencils – the Italian word is “normografo” – for fun and some works: maybe beacuse I'm a 70s kid. That it is definitely a stencil work.
