That is the Balmoral.
Also known as Dubarry, LeiScript, Basalt Script and BrockScript.

You are right. I only matched the A (easier to find than one of the lower cases) and that is definitely the Balmoral which Dieter Steffmann as it looks like borrowed for the capitals for the Brock Script.
Shame on me - too fast - and a bit on Dieter too ...
