These fonts look so familiar...but I can't put my finger on the name! Can any of you help me out?

ahhh I know I've seen the block letter one either here or at dafont

The block is "Ambulance shotgun" here in the Grunge category

The other looks like an outline version of "Birth of a hero" also in Grunge
