Help with Font Friz Quadrata bold

I am looking for the font Fritz Quadrata bold or Friz Quadrata bold. Or better maybe a free font similar to it.
Can anyone help?
I need it personal for a simple card...

If you have MacOSX then take Optima Bold to reproduce your tiny sportsbadge.

If not, try the serif-category here.
