You could use something like Steelfish (dafont) and distress it.

You're going to be on your own there- I don't know what program you use or your skill level.

I work 90% in vector graphics and I have a distress vector I created for that purpose since I had so many customers asking for the "Old Navy" look.

DynamicGraphics has a tutorial for Illustrator although I simply scribbled on paper, scanned it and traced for outlines.
