Font Identification Request: Not resolved

I am looking for the script in this logo...I know that the other parts are Times New Roman...or at least it fits, but I am having trouble with the rest, can you help me out? Thanks!!

For caps try Vladimir Script

Other parts are clearly NOT Times New Roman :) It's more like some Garamond.

Thanks guys! The image I have is really pixilated that I really couldn't tell the serif font and Times seemed to fit but Ivan, you might be right, Garamond fits a bit better! Thanks!!!
