That is the Airstream - 2000 Nick Curtis.

Close, but different (compare the a and g) is the original, the Gillies Gothic (Letraset) by William S. Gillies, 1935.

Then there are quite some Gillies Gothics around:
Jillian Gothic BOLDITALIC - 1991 Digital Typeface Corp.
Gallante Regular - 1994 Weatherly Systems, Inc. - thus a clone.
Diner - 1996 Br?derbund Software. Also a clone.
Gillies Normal - 1993 Elfring Soft Fonts. Again, clone
Cookies Normal - 1993 Elfring Soft Fonts. Yet another clone.
Gillies Gothic Bold - 1994 Miles Inc. - Now Agfa.
