Please I have spent all day trying to find this font on the White Stripes album De Stijl. Any idea? The small e is nothing but 3 horizontal lines

There is a match for every single letter in this thing. There is no match - that I have found - that matches a combination of two or more letters. Apart from that, the typography used here has little to do with De Stijl, apart from - possibly - the joke with the E.
Blender Extreme might be a good name for a 'font' like this.
