Does anyone know where I can find this font?

I was told that it was CenturyCP Style#2
But I can't find it anywhere on the web.

I'm afraid that for this you have to search embroidery sites. It is by no means the CenturyCP which looks like an embroidery variation of the Century Schoolbook.

you can fake the x - and extend the letter i so
it is the height of the L

That looks like it has been digitised in column stitch and not 'autofonted'.
Try to digitise by hand and not use the autofont you will get better results.
