I am sorry - I am not familiar with this face. It looks like someone took Garamond into Photoshop and had some fun.

Meanwhile, if you would like something similar, there is a commercial font named Tension -- that I think you'd be partial to. http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/t26/tension/
