As KKat loves to say, looks like a tortured Helvetica Condensed Bold Italic

Where can I find a tokio hotel font???

The TH font is 'Kab' (type Tokio Hotel into the sample text, it looks almost exact, except for the e & o's)

but you have to buy it, I havent found it free anywhere yet.
