Cats have sharper eyes than swallows, for sure. But with this resolution, with this low contrast they seem to be okay for me. But, you know, you'll never know :-D

And swallows know how to make cats run ...

It surely is an Optima lookalike. And the only one I can find that is a match both for glyps and slant angle is Miles' [somewhat condensed] Omega Italic. If only it where not for the apostrophe.

You can't win'm all. I give up, the Swallow may stop chasing ...
