Does anyone know the name of the font that the group Cherish uses or anything similar to it? ...thanks in advance.

I can't find an exact match. Something that gives the same sort of feeling is the Neue Helvetica Heavy. But that Helvetica is by far not as geometrical as your sample and you would have to do some serious modifications to get close to cherish.
