Melissa, in this size it could be many typefaces. Starting by Garamond, Goudy to Eldorado or even Trajan. If you want better results please show a better pic.

Phew, thanks, Melissa. But I think I'm no help here.

It sure looks like a Garamond, but I'm not quite sure which one. Had a stroll between the different typefaces, but either the upward serif of the S or the upper serifs of the T are not exact.

You could also have a look at ITC Legacy Serif.

If it where not fot the apostrope I would have gone for the Adobe Jenson Regular Small Caps.
