some of the Fenotype fonts look similar to the Motorhead lettering. Especially Futu and Halo.

I'm thinking the font could be from a Japanese foundry. I know I have seen it before.

The Snafu one may be as close as we can get. I did a search and found the designer's web site. For anyone interested it's http://hem.passagen.se/anjo77/font/

All his fonts are freeware but as he says, some are missing letters. Might be fun to try and complete the set.

One last thing, if you haven't already you could try What The Font:
