Uptown Font : Can I Use?

Wow im really liking this font, but i dont know how to do the metrices thing to check copyright info etc, hey kat can you help?

Goto Microsoft typography free font tools page, download and install ttfext.exe and you're done.
From now on you can figure out yourself. You'll see that the Uptown font here on Abstractfonts contains no info on license, copyright or designer. You will also notice that the font can not be embedded.

Also, anyone on any system can see the file information about any font on Abstract Fonts by openning the details for that font and goint to "File Info" tab. It should be pretty consistent with what the Win app would give you.
