Does anyone know this font?

if you got it from some watch or other digital device it, then it is most likely simply an arrangement of elctronics to make up the numbers, it is not an actual font that is being rendered to the display of that device.

I think it is a sort of printed font from an termal printer...Do you know a similar font that i can try to use to emulate it?

Try Eurasia with less width and lines on the 0's.

Probably true. Fonts that come close ase Base4, Base5 and Base6. Not the same though, compare the 2 and the 0.
