I have this font that I'm using for my website, however at the moment it is just a collection of .gif files that I have to input using a paint program, this works fine but is slow and I can't do dynamic text with it. Is there some software to turn this: into a real font?

But why not use available bitmap fonts? Dig here in Abstractfonts or (sry alex) look at http://www.dafont.com/en/bitmap.php I remenber seeing some outlines there.

yea, pixel fonts are just that, there is only a limited possible combination of the dots that you can come up with. So if you want a particular pizel font, chances are it is already out there.
