thank you kiss fan :) (the band or otherwise)
an alternative could be FontHit Font Tools, as of version 0.2.3 you can simply download all the zip files with fonts you want and then select them all or as many as you want and then drag and drop them onto that program's window and it will automatically unzip them and show all the fonts contained within! Neat, eh? And it is absolutely free, no strings attached.
(Of course, you can install the fonts you like afterwards as well, not just view them)
check it out! http://software.fonthit.com/
I found that Alex's directions were great...except I had to read them slowly becuz I was rushing to upload my kewl fonts! LOL
otherwise try Google.com and type in your Microsoft software exsample:
XP how to unzip files
it should take you to a page where it goes step by step and even have a photo of what you need to do ...to upload your fonts!
((U CAN DO IT)) I DID :)
