I hadn't heard Aquiline'd been retired -- last I knew it still shipped with a lot of MSWords.
You can find it in about a million places online; google for "aquiline.ttf" and you'll find it. No need to substitute another font unless you want to.

I am in desperate need of a font that looks exactly like aqualine, which has been retired...just my luck. I've attached one sample of its uses on a book cover (the historic font used in the title).
