The second one looks like 'Eurostile Bold'. The second line is completely in this font, can't say that about the first one (e and a look different, might have been modified). It's a commercial font, in case you wanted to know! You can get the normal Eurostile font on Microsoft Typography site, but it isn't as good. Microsoft Typography
Dunno much about the first or third, Tørnquist might be able to help you on those.
